Who We Are
Prince of Peace Homecare is an assisted living home based in McKinney, Texas that started in May 2013. We are open for service to seniors who are residing in Allen, Dallas, Frisco, McKinney, and Plano county.
We started working as a caregiver in a nursing home for five years and then became a nursing home nurse for the last ten years. We are constantly providing the best care to our elderly parents by delivering excellent, high-satisfaction care at a low cost, ensuring exceptional residents and family communication.
At Prince of Peace Homecare, this could take many forms but based on our core values, the one word that could describe us is “growth.”
We are seeking to find growth on every level – in our internal operations and in various home care agencies across the country by giving the best care without segregation.
Our Mission
At Prince of Peace Homecare, it is our mission to improve the quality of life of our clients by providing high-quality services that exceed industry standards. Here at Prince of Peace Homecare, our mission statement is an important piece of our identity. Our mission is to provide superior quality assisted living home care services that preserve the dignity, independence, and safety of our clients.
Our Philosophy
It is critical that we uphold the health and improve the quality of life of every senior under our care. Thus, we make it our daily pursuit to deliver the highest possible standards of residents care and preserve the satisfaction and overall wellness of our residents by providing the best services we can, meeting their needs and preferences, and taking into account their inputs as well as their loved one’s ideas and thoughts, all following the local, federal, and state rules and regulations.
Our Skills
How Is Group Home Different Than Home Care?
A group home offers skilled care that is provided by trained caregivers to help someone get healthy while in a home environment. It comes after a doctor’s visit or a hospital stay. On the other hand, home care is about sustaining and maintaining your loved one’s quality of life in their home, keeping them safe and comfortable.
Why Should I Choose Prince of Peace Homecare?
The ability to perform daily tasks and partake in easy delights can allow a person to feel—and even be—independent and capable. At Prince of Peace Homecare, your trusted provider of assisted living homecare in Prosper, Texas, and other areas, we believe that by reconnecting with meaningful care, we can combat the isolation our clients feel and then restore fulfillment. This is done through engaging, enriching, and empowering care provided by specially trained caregivers.
How Does Home Care Work with Home Health Care?
We both have the same goal of keeping your loved one in their home, and we work together to make that happen. For example, a home healthcare agency can change your loved one’s therapy if it’s not working while an in-home caregiver is there to encourage them to accomplish those therapies and watch for problems and let the therapist know.
At Prince of Peace Homecare, we are about sustaining and maintaining your loved one’s quality of life in our group home while keeping them safe and comfortable. There are many reasons and times in life when someone might need help with daily activities, perhaps a personal caregiver needs to get out of the bed, and our professional caregiver can come into your room and provide personalized care.
A woman/man on the bedrest may need an extra pair of hands around them until they are well and able.
An adult child may have relocated to another city and cant help their elder parent with tasks around the house.
A degenerative disease, such as dementia, may affect one’s ability to complete activities of daily living.
That’s where we come in. Prince of Peace Homecare provides an array of affordable and flexible care services customized to your needs.
